Take away the stress of your daily life by learning to embrace your body.

Classes Designed With You In Mind
My classes focus on working with the pace of your body.
The body is the one thing that stays with you throughout a lifetime. Yoga practice, especially the gentle, restorative, and props-supported Yoga for the Seasoned Body™ that I teach out of my yoga office in Las Vegas, is a way to extend the body’s capabilities well into the later years.
I tailor each class to address whatever people brought into the class in their bodies that day. This style of yoga focuses on strengthening, increasing flexibility, working on balance, and releasing stress.
Improving strength is one of the most overlooked needs of seniors. After my hip replacement surgery, strengthening and toning muscles, ligaments, and joints in the area of the surgery hastened my healing. I help my students to do the same.
Relieve Minor Aches/Pain
Health issues— particularly those involving pain in joints like knees, shoulders, and hips or tightness and pain in upper, middle, or lower back—call for a different kind of yoga. During our yoga sessions, I check in with the people present to see what issues need to be addressed.
Meditation & Breathing Practices
Often within the space of a class, the level of limberness can shift by getting conscious of breath and body, [by] directing the breath into the tight places. I teach you how to quiet the mind and become one with your inner self.
As our bodies age, it is not only important to eat healthy but to provide adequate exercise to our body as well.
We have so many thoughts that run through our minds daily. Take the time to quiet your thoughts and reflect on what's needed the most in your life.
